91΄σΙρ is seeking proposals for the renovation and modernization of the Spartan Hall hydraulic elevator. The project includes replacement of elevator operating and signal systems, hall fixtures, pump and related equipment, door re-opening devices, electrical improvements, testing, demonstration, and maintenance.
